Srazu FX is a currency exchange desk. You can view rates, open an account, place an exchange order, and write to us on WhatsApp or by email. A quoted rate applies to the order you confirm. It can change before that order is placed.

How we handle personal information is described in the privacy policy.

You must be 18 or older. The username, email, WhatsApp number, and payout details you give us need to be yours and accurate. You keep your password private. Tell us at support@srazufx.com if you think someone else is using the account.

We can refuse a signup, close an account, or stop an order when details look wrong, an order cannot be completed, or the desk is being misused.

An order is a request to exchange one currency for another at the rate shown when you confirm it. You send the amount we ask for, and we arrange the payout to the details on the order. Check the wallet address, account, and amount before you pay. A payment sent to the wrong place is your responsibility if those details were the ones you provided.

We may ask for a photo of the payment. Partners who pay out an order see the details they need to complete it. We can decline or cancel an order that we cannot settle.

Messages about an order, an assignment, a test, or a reply may be sent on WhatsApp or by email. WhatsApp delivery is provided by Meta. Email you agreed to receive can be stopped with the unsubscribe link in the message.

Do not use the desk or our WhatsApp number to send unlawful content, to impersonate someone else, or to interfere with the service.

Rates, corridors, and the desk itself can be unavailable while we update them or while a provider such as WhatsApp is down. We complete orders we have accepted. We do not promise that every corridor stays open.

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page changes with it. The current version is always at this address. Continuing to use the desk after a change means you accept the updated terms.
