Srazu FX runs a currency exchange desk. You can open an account, place an exchange order, and write to us on WhatsApp or by email. Questions about this policy go to support@srazufx.com.

Account details: a username, email address, WhatsApp number, and a password. The password is stored only as a hash. Signup also records that you confirmed you are 18 or older, and whether you agreed to receive email.

Order details: the currencies and amounts, payout instructions, wallet addresses, the name, email, or phone number given with an order, and photos of payment proof you upload.

Messages: the text, photos, and stickers you send to our WhatsApp number, your WhatsApp name and phone number, and the messages we send you. The same applies to email we exchange with you.

The support button on the site can open WhatsApp or Telegram. It remembers where you placed it on that device.

Order notices, assignment notices, test messages, and replies are sent and received through the WhatsApp Business Cloud API, operated by Meta Platforms. Meta receives the phone number and the content of each message so it can deliver it. Meta's own privacy policy describes how WhatsApp handles that delivery.

We keep a copy of those messages on the desk so staff can read and reply. We do not sell WhatsApp numbers or message contents.

We use this information to create and protect your account, quote and complete exchanges, send order updates, reply on WhatsApp, reset a forgotten password, and send email you agreed to receive. We also use it to detect misuse of the desk.

People who need it to complete your exchange, such as the partner assigned to pay an order. Service providers who host the site, deliver email, and deliver WhatsApp messages. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

The site sets a session cookie so you stay signed in, and a security cookie so a form submission comes from you. These are required for the desk to work. We do not set advertising or analytics cookies. The support button's position is stored on your device, not on our servers.

Account and order records stay for as long as the account is open and for as long as we need them to complete an exchange or keep a record of it. WhatsApp messages on the desk stay so the conversation can be continued. You can ask us to delete an account by emailing support@srazufx.com. We may keep a record where we still need it to finish an order or meet a legal duty.

You can unsubscribe from email with the link in the message, or at the unsubscribe page. You can stop browser notifications in your browser settings. You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it, by writing to support@srazufx.com.

The desk is for people who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. The current version is always at this address.
